Speculation around the cast of Yash Raj Films’ highly anticipated thriller ‘Dhoom 4’ is heating up, with the latest rumors suggesting that Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt will join Ranbir Kapoor in the project.
If true, this would mark a reunion for the trio, who are currently working together on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love and War’.
According to a report by Peeping Moon, Vicky Kaushal has already met with filmmaker Aditya Chopra, who is eager to cast the actor in not just ‘Dhoom 4’ but also another project within the YRF Spy Universe. Alia Bhatt is also set to make her debut in this cinematic universe with ‘Alpha’.
A source shared, “Aditya has grand plans for expanding the YRF Spy Universe and aims to introduce fresh faces to carry forward the legacy established by the Khans. He wants Vicky to headline one of the standalone cop films, bringing new energy to the expanding cinematic universe. However, this is still in the planning stages, as they are waiting to see how ‘Alpha’, the film introducing Alia Bhatt and Sharvari to the Spy Universe, performs at the box office.”
